At Flex Brace, each order is carefully processed and prepared to ensure quality and accuracy. Please review our policy below before placing an order.
All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds for change of mind, incorrect orders, or buyer preference after an order has been placed. This includes (but is not limited to) deciding you no longer want the item, ordering the wrong size or model, or finding a similar product elsewhere.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, we will gladly assist you.
To be eligible for a replacement:

Once verified, we will issue a replacement at no additional cost. Refunds are not offered in these cases; replacements only.
Incorrect or Missing Items
If you receive the wrong item or part of your order is missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Once confirmed, we will correct the issue as quickly as possible.
Shipping Delays
Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or circumstances outside of our control. Delays do not qualify for refunds or cancellations.
Non-Returnable Items
The following are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges:
